Προβολή της συναυλίας του Jeff Mills στη Δήλο με το μουσικό σχήμα “Tomorrow Comes the Harvest”

Ο “superstar techno DJ”, Jeff Mills, ταξιδεύει «μουσικά» στα Παλιά Βλαχάτα μέσα από την προβολή της συναυλίας του στον αρχαιολογικό χώρο της Δήλου, μαζί με το μουσικό σχήμα “Tomorrow Comes the Harvest”–αποτελούμενο από τον ίδιο και τους Prabhu Edouard και Jean-Phi Dary.

Μια ανατρεπτική μουσική εκτέλεση, σε σκηνοθεσία του Χρήστου Σαρρή, που έκανε παγκόσμια πρεμιέρα τον Ιανουάριο του 2022 στο κανάλι του Ιδρύματος Ωνάση και συνεχίζει μέχρι και σήμερα να μαγνητίζει με τους απρόβλεπτους μουσικούς ήχους και τη μυσταγωγική ενέργειά της. Με φόντο το ανυπέρβλητο μνημείο παγκόσμιας πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς της UNESCO, οι αυτοσχέδιες συνθέσεις του Jeff, που ξεπερνούν τα όρια του DJ set, συναντούν το ιδιότυπο σκηνικό του Saristra Festival δημιουργώντας μία μοναδική οπτικοακουστική εμπειρία μύησης.

The “superstar techno DJ” that is Jeff Mills is going on a musical journey to Old Vlachata village on Kefalonia thanks to a screening of his concert at the archeological site of Delos with the Tomorrow Comes the Harvest ensemble, comprising himself alongside Prabhu Edouard and Jean-Phi Dary.

This revelatory music performance, filmed by Christos Sarris, had its world premiere in January 2022 on the Onassis Channel on YouTube, where it continues to mesmerize audiences with its unexpected musical sound and mystical energy. Set against the inimitable backdrop of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Jeff’s improvised pieces – which go above and beyond the established limits of a DJ set – will now be encountering the singular setting that is the Saristra Festival to create a unique audio-visual experience of ritualistic, initiatory power.
